He has served as a vocational expert witness at the State of Utah Labor Commission since 1995 and at numerous State of Utah District Courts in divorce proceedings since 1997. Mr. Hedrick has served as a Vocational Expert Witness in general liabaility claims. He has been certified as a vocational rehabilitation counselor since 1991. He has been a Licensed Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor in the State of Utah since September of 2010.
